Batman Arkham Origins Texture Issue

I’ve been playing batman AO, and noticed that the textures are blurred, and looks horrible.here are some screenshots (pay attention to the brick walls, batman’s cape, the computers, etc):
My PC’s specs:
MSi GE60 2PE, i7 4710HQ, GTX 860M 2GB, 1 x 8GB DDR3, 1TB 7200RPM

I’ve tried verifying the integrity of game cache trough steam, and the issue still persists.
Any solutions?
